About Curt Micka

Curt Micka, J.D., is the owner and Director of CMS. Curt has 20+ years experience as a professional mediator and has mediated hundreds of cases, including divorces, workplace conflict, special education disputes, small business disputes, organizational conflicts, and issues dealing with elder care. He is a certified user of the Conflict Dynamics Profile, the Mobius Model Instrument, and Cinnie Nobles’ model of Conflict Coaching. His Enneagram training has been with several major teachers, including Russ Hudson, Don Riso, Tom Condon, David Daniels, Terry Saracino, Ginger Lapid-Bogda, Peter O’Hanrahan, and Anne Muree. He’s a former member of the Board of the International Enneagram Association (IEA) and the past President of the Minnesota Chapter of the IEA.
